General Information.
The Stafford County Treasurer's Office is the office that renews regular driver's licenses and completes
out-of-state
changes to Kansas driver's licenses, ID card issuance, duplicates, and
address changes. Our office provides these services
from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
When you apply for a driver's
license, you will be asked if you want to be an organ donor and if you
want to register to vote.
